On Friday, November 13, 2015, 12 cadets became full-fledged law enforcement officers after successfully completing the state mandated basic law enforcement training at the Fulton County Public Safety Training Center. These graduates completed 408 hours of rigorous training over six months, by attending academy classes on weekday evenings and on most weekends.
Sheriff Ted Jackson swore the graduates in as sworn deputies of the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office following their graduation ceremony.
Join us in welcoming these new graduates to the ranks of the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office Reserve Unit and with congratulating them on their latest achievement. We, of the Reserve Unit, express our gratitude and thanks to the academy instructors who unselfishly gave their time and shared their professional knowledge and experiences to make the annual night mandate classes successful.
Graduates, we congratulate you and welcome you to the team!
