New Reserve Executive Leadership Team Announced

With the start of a new year, 2021 brought in a new executive leadership team to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office Reserve & Retiree Unit, as well as a new Sheriff.

On January 1, 2021, Sheriff Patrick Labat assumed command of the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office as Sheriff.  A few days later, he named a new executive team to lead the Reserve & Retiree Unit, as its Command Staff.

On January 5, 2021, the following deputies were promoted to their respective ranks and appointed as member of the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office Reserve & Retiree Command Staff:

Lieutenant Colonel Samuel Johnson
Commander, Reserve and Retiree Unit

Major James T. Anderson
Assistant Commander, Reserve and Retiree Unit

Captain Bobby Stewart
Commander, Office of Professional Standards (OPS)

Captain Gregory Stewart
Commander, Field Operations

Captain Adrian P. Stubbs
Commander, Administrative Operations

Mrs. Cynthia Lovejoy-Norman remains as the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office Reserve and Retiree Administrative Assistant and Captain Elbert Carter remains as the Retiree Coordinator.
